I've experienced staying at Astrotel Cubao for how many times already, pre-pandemic days. Living outside Manila has lots of cons but good thing, hotels like Astrotel are convenient for someone like me who is usually out to attend events and meetings, or just to have a relaxing time after work.
Many people are wondering if hotels are already open for operation despite the pandemic. I can definitely say "yes," as we've recently stayed at Astrotel's Space Cockpit room - located at Cubao, Quezon City - near shopping areas such as Farmer's Plaza, Gateway Mall, and SM Cubao.
Room Features
As you enter the room, you'll immediately notice the space-cockpit feel and interior. The room is spacious and with a big bed, 2 pillows, complete toiletries for 2 persons (toothbrush, soap, and shampoo), a dining area, and a spacious cockpit area where customers can play around, take pictures, and enjoy the space-feel ambiance.
The bathroom is clean and spacious as well with a hot and cold rain shower, bidet, faucet, and tissue dispenser.
Sockets are also available so you don't need to worry for your devices when it runs out of battery. Aside from that, a hair blower is also available. In need of a WiFi connection? Just call their customer service to get access. It's fast and definitely can enjoy watching videos as you relax.
Amenities
In need of food? Astrotel has GALAXYLog meals where you can avail yourself of at any time of the day. Galaxylog meals to choose from are Hotsilog, Tocilog, Longsilog. They also have sandwiches available. For drinks, there are 2 complimentary bottles of water available per soon. You can still order bottled water in case you need more. Canned soft drinks and coffee are available as well.
Need parking? Astrotel Cubao has basement parking which is convenient for customers who own motorcycles/vehicles.
Other Rooms Available
Here are the other rooms available aside from Space Cockpit Room. I was able to take a peek at the Space Vessel room (I think it's that room since it's similar to the image below) and I got intrigued with the interior. Definitely added to my target rooms to try if I'll be able to have a chance.

If I remember it right, I've stayed at Space Jupiter room way back in 2017, and for me, this is my favorite room by far as the room is spacious and I really like the bathroom interior.

- What I really love about Astrotel Cubao is its location. It's accessible to malls, public transportation, and other fast-food chains.
- As you enter, you need to have your temperature checked, fill out the contact-tracing form and sanitize. Astrotel guarantees that their rooms are sanitized first before they allow customers to stay.
- We definitely enjoyed their GALAXYlog meals. Each food servings can satisfy the appetite.
