It's my first time to drop by at one of the biggest food spots in Manila - the Maginhawa Street in Quezon City - which is indeed a street full of food stalls and restaurants with different dishes and themes to present. We went to Maginhawa for a specific food stall - the Chibi Chibi Soft Serve - which offer different varieties of sweets with soft-served ice cream. It instantly brought me to Japan and Korea because of their Taiyaki Ice Cream!
The Place
Chibi Chibi Soft Serve is located at The Station Food Park, Maginhawa. The Station Food Park is one of the newly established food hub located along Maginhawa Street with 27 food stalls as of now. Chibi Chibi Soft Serve is one of the food stalls which specifically offers dessert and refreshments at The Station.
This food stall was established last February 1, 2017. It was run by couple Vloggers (Video Bloggers) behind Wandering Waffleheads YouTube channel. They decided to put up this business which was inspired from their trips at Japan and Korea.

Chibi Chibi Ice Cream Floats - Their Midori ("Green") Apple Float and Ichigo ("Strawberry") Pink Float are perfect refreshment especially for the upcoming summer season. For only Php 50.00, you can enjoy a glass of flavorful drink topped with soft-served Vanilla Ice Cream and fresh fruit. Their Ichigo Pink Float is their best-seller but I do love their Midori Apple Float more.

Taiyaki Parfait - This dessert is a must try! For Php 90.00, you can choose what to be included to your Taiyaki Parfait.
This dessert is served with soft-served Ice Cream on a fish-shaped waffle cone. If you are a Japanophile (like me), you'll definitely love this as most Japanese foodies enjoy this dessert.
