Started year 2013, The Northern Taste Coffee Co comes with the mission of providing freshly roasted coffee beans, vacuum-packed and delivered the next day. With the aim of helping our local farmers from the North Luzon (Benguet, Kalinga, Sagada) part of the Philippines specifically at Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), they distribute local coffees from the said region, hand-picked to ensure that they are picked only when the beans are perfectly ripe.
I had a chance to try some of their roasted coffee beans. The coffee flavors arrived on my door step the next day. Vacuum-sealed to maintain it's freshness, me and my dad were delighted as soon as these coffee flavors arrived in our home. And since my father is more of a coffee lover than me (he drink like 3-4 cups of coffee per day), he's more excited than me to try it!
On our first day, we decided to try their Sagada Medium roasted coffee. As expected from this kind is its distinctive bitterness in flavor and its aroma. Me and my father enjoyed it a lot.
On our second day, we tried the Anne Blend. For me, I like this flavor a lot since it really suits on my palette. I like the combination of sweetness and its distinct strong flavor at the same time. And yes, I took 2 cups of these that same morning. I just can't help it!
On our third day, we tried the Arabica Medium. And this flavor was my father's favorite among the three. Once I opened the packaging, the aroma of the coffee spread in our kitchen. Aside from being aromatic, it actually gives you some push to wake your sleeping body system and start the day being so energize.

My overall experience with The Northern Taste Coffee Co's roasted coffee is one of a kind. Who says you need to go to expensive cafes around when you can actually enjoy these freshly roasted coffee at the comfort of your home or at the office?
