Ingredients:
For the jelly:
- 24 g Jelly Powder Mix (unflavored, clear or black)
- 1 1/2 L Water
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 3/4 cup Sugar
For the cream:
- 250 ml Condensed Milk
- 250ml All-purpose Cream

Procedure:
- In a half-boiling water, dissolve the jelly powder mix. Bring to boil until it's fully dissolve.
- Once done, add the sugar and remove from heat. Add the coffee and stir until dissolve.
- Transfer the jelly mixture in shallow containers (preferably 1 inch thick). Set aside. Once it sets, cut them into cubes.
- While waiting for the jelly to set, proceed by making the cream mixture. In a bowl, add the condensed milk and the cream. Mix well.
- Add the jelly cubes into the mixture and put them in the fridge.
- Serve chilled.
Serves 30 coffee jelly in glass shots.
