Coffee Jelly (with video)

Looking for a refreshing dessert to serve for your family? A perfect treat for coffee lovers to enjoy a perfect dessert. Make your own coffee jelly using simple ingredients. It's also perfect to serve during parties and perfect to sell them during summer season.


For the jelly:
  • 24 g Jelly Powder Mix (unflavored, clear or black)
  • 1 1/2 L Water
  • 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 3/4 cup Sugar

For the cream:
  • 250 ml Condensed Milk
  • 250ml All-purpose Cream

Here's a video on how to prepare the Coffee Jelly:

  1. In a half-boiling water, dissolve the jelly powder mix. Bring to boil until it's fully dissolve.
  2. Once done, add the sugar and remove from heat. Add the coffee and stir until dissolve.
  3. Transfer the jelly mixture in shallow containers (preferably 1 inch thick). Set aside. Once it sets, cut them into cubes.
  4. While waiting for the jelly to set, proceed by making the cream mixture. In a bowl, add the condensed milk and the cream. Mix well.
  5. Add the jelly cubes into the mixture and put them in the fridge.
  6. Serve chilled.

Serves 30 coffee jelly in glass shots.
