The 100 Peso Project started about 2-3 months ago, when a netizen namely Kinah Villanueva saw a man named Mulong, a vendor who sell breads and candies along the street of Gen.Santos Avenue, Bicutan. Even he was diagnosed to have a Cerebral Palsy, the sickness didn't stop Mulong on finding ways to earn money for a living. His story inspired Kinah, took photo of him and shared it on Facebook which instantly became viral.
