Make Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze for your Kids

Parents - especially mommies - exert their best efforts for their children especially when the kids are still go to school. They're most of the time wake up early just to prepare food for the whole family. But with easy steps and easy to find ingredients, mommies can cook easy-to-prepare breakfast and baon for their kids without consuming more time in the kitchen!
 
In the recent Good Housekeeping Philippines' "Breakfast and Baon in a Breeze" workshop last July 26, 2015, Food Editor Roselle Miranda conducted a cooking demo to show parents and foodies more varieties of easy-to-cook meals that can be both enjoyable and nourishing for school children. With easy ingredients that are usually found in the fridge, parents can prepare breakfast and packed lunch under 60 minutes. Aside from that, parents are encouraged not just go for safe and quality ingredients but to expand their cooking methods not only  to frying but also steaming, blanching and boiling.
 


Chef Roselle prepared delicious dishes which is surely can enjoy with the kids for both breakfast and lunch. In less than 60 minutes, you can make both breakfast and packed lunch for the kids to enjoy. Here are some of the easy-to-cook dishes:


Cook this Chicken Fritata (left) for breakfast and separate half of the dish when it's done. Using beaten eggs, combine and cook the other half in a frying pan and make a simple Chicken Fritata Omelet (right) for lunch!


Very yummy Cheesy Ham and Corn Omelet (left) for breakfast is surely a must-try! If you have pasta shells at home, you can also try this Broccoli, Corn and Ham Mac 'n Cheese (right) for baon. The colorful the pasta shells, the better to make it very enticing to the kids' eyes.
 
Aside from the dishes, mommies can also prepare fruit juice drink for the kids which is also perfect for both breakfast and lunch. Complement their baon with the new amino Fres-C juice.
