Ingredients:
- 48 pcs Oreo Cookies
- 1 bar Cream Cheese
- 100 grams Melted Chocolate (for coating)
Here's a video tutorial on how to make the Oreo Balls/Oreo Truffles:
Procedure:
- Prepare your Oreo Cookies. Crush them using a food processor or put them in a zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to crush the cookies.
- Separate some crushed Oreo cookies for toppings later.
- In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and a bar of cream cheese. Mix them well until the consistency is perfect for molding.
- When done, mold them into balls for about an inch in size. Put them in a plate or baking pan with wax paper or put some non-stick spray so it won't stick to the pan.
- Set it in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes.
- Prepare your melted chocolate. Feel free to choose which chocolate flavor you prefer to use. For this tutorial, I used white chocolate and milk chocolate chips, melted them in a microwave for 1 minute.
- Get the Oreo balls and start coating them one-by-one. Will the coating is still wet, top it with the crushed Oreo we set aside before. You can also use sprinkles, nuts or rice crispies for the toppings.
- Set them again on the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- And you are done!
Serves 34 pcs Oreo Balls.
