Oreo Balls/Oreo Truffles (with video)

Make a simple dessert out of our favorite Oreo cookies. This Oreo Balls/Oreo Truffles is perfect for desserts, snacks, or even gift idea for your special ones!

  • 48 pcs Oreo Cookies
  • 1 bar Cream Cheese
  • 100 grams Melted Chocolate (for coating)

Here's a video tutorial on how to make the Oreo Balls/Oreo Truffles:

  1. Prepare your Oreo Cookies. Crush them using a food processor or put them in a zip lock bag and use a rolling pin to crush the cookies.
  2. Separate some crushed Oreo cookies for toppings later.
  3. In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies and a bar of cream cheese. Mix them well until the consistency is perfect for molding.
  4. When done, mold them into balls for about an inch in size. Put them in a plate or baking pan with wax paper or put some non-stick spray so it won't stick to the pan.
  5. Set it in the fridge for about 15-30 minutes.
  6. Prepare your melted chocolate. Feel free to choose which chocolate flavor you prefer to use. For this tutorial, I used white chocolate and milk chocolate chips, melted them in a microwave for 1 minute.
  7. Get the Oreo balls and start coating them one-by-one. Will the coating is still wet, top it with the crushed Oreo we set aside before. You can also use sprinkles, nuts or rice crispies for the toppings.
  8. Set them again on the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  9. And you are done!

Serves 34 pcs Oreo Balls.
