Flour-less Banana Pancake (with video)

Who doesn't love some pancakes for breakfast? When one time I craved for some pancakes and checked my kitchen if I have ingredients to make one, I am disappointed that I don't have any flour or pancake mix available. I am in a tight budget so I can't even afford to buy a pancake mix. But after I saw some bananas and eggs, I decided to have an experiment and voila! A Flour-less Banana Pancake!

Today I'll be featuring this Flour-less Banana Pancake for my Easy-to-Cook ideas. You'll be needing 3 ingredients only and if ever it's not available on your kitchen, you can only buy these ingredients in Php 50.00 or less. So let's start!

Ingredients:
  • 3 pcs Banana
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • A pinch of Salt
Procedure:
  • In a bowl, slice the bananas and mash them carefully.
  • Add the eggs on the bowl and mix it well. Add a pinch of salt.

  • And you're done! You can make 8pcs of medium-sized pancakes.

Feel free to add toppings or your favorite syrup. By the way, I don't have any syrup available so I decided to make my own golden syrup for my pancake.

Here's what you'll need to make a syrup:

Ingredients:
  • 2 sets of 9 Tbsp of Sugar and 3 to 4 Tbsp of Boiling water.
  • Sterilized glass jar.
Procedure:
  • In a warm pan, combine the first set or sugar and boiling water. Stir it until the sugar melts.
  • When done, put the second set of sugar and water, stir until sugar melts and until the mixture comes to boil.
  • Put it in a jar and wait for it to cool a bit before putting it to fridge.
  • And you're done!
You can now use the syrup on your coffee, pancakes, or any other desserts that will require you to use some syrup.
