A Gastronimic Adventure: The Urban Food Collective

Food is one of the most essential things a man should have to survive. Even though it's a necessity, food can also be a bridge to bring people closer, center of some life's best moments, a way to express your food passion, and also to build a community. The Urban Food Collective (TUFC)'s vision is to be the premier food community in the country.

For this year, TUFC is going to launch 'The Urban Food Collective Weekend Market' every weekends of October to December 2014 at CommerCenter, Alabang. Entrance is FREE!

The Urban Food Collective Marketplace will retail unique food items and implements. Aside from delectable gourmet, specialty foods,  Filipino food, and artisan arts and crafts, they also have mini-events, activities and workshops which people can enjoy and be an opportunity to learn new things and engage with the community. Also, as they recognizing its responsibility to society, TUFC will donate a portion of the proceeds to various charities.

These are some of the workshops/raffles TUFC will showcase for this event:

The Urban Food Collective is giving away P1000 worth of Crocs gift certificates, to fifteen (15) lucky winners! Courtesy of CitiBank. To join, simply go to their Official Facebook page for more information.
