Niu and Exciting Fine Dining: Niu by Vikings

Fan of buffet restaurants but also want to experience an elegant, classy and sophisticated fine-dining within the city? You may be looking for Niu by Vikings located at SM Aura Premier at Taguig City!

Niu by Vikings is a new buffet restaurant opened last October 1, 2014 located at the Level 6, SM Aura Premier, 26th Street, Bonicafio Global City. Since the restaurant is located at the highest level of SM Aura Premier, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the city.

You will be welcomed with uniformed and very friendly staffs as you approach the reception area. I really like it as they always have a very warm smile on their faces. That time, I was assisted by one of their head staff named Bryan.

Sophisticated seats, chandeliers, big glass windows with a very good view of the city, and wide range of food is what you should expect in the buffet restaurant. They serve food Japanese, European, seafoods and many more.

The food is very delicious! I can't complain about that. They also ensure that everything is presentable and pleasing to the eyes. On the food counter, every section got different food inspired from different cuisines. One thing I really like was the meat. It's very tender and juicy and easy to chew.

I didn't able to get a picture of all but there are wide variety of fresh fruit juices at the drinks bar. Also they have beers, wines, and Sake (Japanese Liquor) available. They also serve coffee and tea so you can choose which drinks you prefer to drink.

I can't help it. I actually took photo of my favorite brand of English Breakfast Tea! :D

For the desserts, they have a very tasty desserts and that time, they have a dark and white chocolate fondue. Coat the marshmallow-on-stick with the chocolate and decorate it with sprinkles or other candies.

The rates are quite pricey. But it's not a reason why you shouldn't try to eat and have an awesome lunch or dinner with your family, friends and love ones here at Niu by Vikings.

All in all, I should say that Niu by Vikings is a must-go restaurant especially for someone who likes to enjoy a fine-dining buffet. They are also good for corporate lunch/dinners. They take bookings and also accept walk-ins.
