Looking for a buffet restaurant that will surely worth every penny you have on your wallet? How about going to Buffet 101 to taste a very sumptuous meals that surely your eyes and your belly will be satisfied and makes you want to come back to their restaurant again and again?
Buffet101 is one of the famous buffet restaurant in the Metro. Their newly opened branch at 3rd Floor, Glorietta 2, Makati City is one of their proud branches as its famous for being the longest buffet in the country, measuring about 128 meters long. We went there for dinner on a Friday and surely, It didn't disappoint us.
We went there as a walk-in customer. Luckily, we didn't have to wait for long as there are still available seats. The staff assist us on where we will seat. Too bad we are a bit far from the buffet table but well, we don't mind.
The food and drinks are free-flowing! All the dishes served for that night are well-served and you don't have to worry if you will not able to taste the food you like as they replenish every dishes fast. There's a roaming staff with a walkie-talkie that monitors every dishes on the buffet and contacts the kitchen staffs so that they can serve the empty dishes fast.
Wide variety of dishes are available at the buffet - from Korean, Japanese, Italian, Filipino and other known dishes from different countries. Of course, we will not miss the chance to try the food!
The food is delicious of course! You'll know if they serve it fresh from the kitchen because they are still hot. You have a lot of food choices to choose from - from salads, to rice, to appetizers, to heavy meals, meat, pastas, and many more.
Overflowing drinks are also available. They have different variety of fresh fruit juices, hot and cold teas and warm coffee. You can also request to have a fresh fruit shake of your choice! And, enjoy their beers and red wine without paying a separate price unlike other restaurants.
Desserts are plenty! They have chocolate fondue, cakes, fruit salads, fresh fruits, ice creams and more. You can make your own serving of Halo-Halo. Also famous Filipino desserts are also available like kakanin, palitaw, etc. You can also have crepes if you want. Just request them to make one for you on your desired choice of fruit. At Buffet101, it's food-and-drinks-all-you-can!
"Five Star hotel feel" as what their tagline says. True enough, Glorietta 2 branch gives you a five-star hotel feel. With their comfortable seats, high ceiling room with lots of lightnings and chandeliers and also soft music around, its a good place to have a relaxing and fun dinner with friends.

We paid Php 899 (Friday dinner) each person. For me, it's worth the price because it's eat-and-drink-all-you-can. Imagine going to a restaurant ordering a glass of wine. It's already expensive right? So if you will be comparing it, the price is really worth it.
Buffet101 Glorietta 2 branch opens at 11:00 - 2:00pm for Lunch Time and 5:30 - onwards for Dinner time. They have reservations and also accepts walk-ins. They accept cash or credit card for payments. They are located at 3rd Floor Glorietta 2, Ayala Center, Makati City.
