SM Cinema announced that the live action of “Lupin III” will be in their theaters on September 17, 2014.
It will be released in Japan on August 30. Playing the
titular role is Shun Oguri, Tetsuji Tamayama as Daisuke Jigen, Gō Ayano as Goemon Ishikawa XIII, and Meisa Kuroki as Fujiko Mine.
The story goes as Lupin and friends infiltrate a highly secured fortress-like safe named "Ark of Navarone" to claim the "Crimson Heart of Cleopatra."
Familiar faces are mostly the cast in this movie. Including Jerry Yan as Michael Lee (Lupin's Nemesis in the movie). Jerry Yan is popular in the Philippines with his role as Dao Ming Si in Meteor Garden.
