Cook this Chicken Fritata (left) for breakfast and separate half of the dish when it's done. Using beaten eggs, combine and cook the other half in a frying pan and make a simple Chicken Fritata Omelet (right) for lunch!

Very yummy Cheesy Ham and Corn Omelet (left) for breakfast is surely a must-try! If you have pasta shells at home, you can also try this Broccoli, Corn and Ham Mac 'n Cheese (right) for baon. The colorful the pasta shells, the better to make it very enticing to the kids' eyes.

Aside from the dishes, mommies can also prepare fruit juice drink for the kids which is also perfect for both breakfast and lunch. Complement their baon with the new amino Fres-C juice. This is the only powdered juice drink that is packed with Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCCA) with Glutamine and Arginine.
